This is only the 3rd time i've had reason to use Big Yellow but it's still every bit as good as i remembered.
I can sum up my experience as follows.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Offered coffee. Good pieces of equipment, well maintained. Access to rooms are easy & simple. Need some lighting in the rooms on the first floor, but adequate lighting in the hallway.

I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for convenient and hassle free solution. I had preferred yellow storage over many others because there are no hidden charges and requirements and absurd terms .It’s simple and easy.

Booked in online but did not save properly. Took time to do it once there, which wasted time.
Found the trolleys difficult to steer around the corners - needed two people, one to push and one to pull.

I booked the smallest room available and all my stuff, that I had to bring in a van, fit in perfectly, I couldn't believe it. The ceilings are very high so I stacked all the things on top of each other. Paperwork was done quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Great service and I will definetly be using these storages next year again!!

I have found that the service and clean and tidy storage space has made a big difference from my previous experience of storage which consisted of 2 large shipping containers. They leaked, were cold and damp, and were extremly difficult to store goods, mainly because of the long tunnel effect meant that whatever you generally wanted was always at the back of the container.The provision of trolleys, large parking facilities, wc's, makes for a pleasurable experience.

The staff at the barking location understood the demands of me maintaning the unit and payments thereof whilst being outstationed and assisted in every way possible. The staff at the Barking store are very helpful and genuinely customer-centric, it is a MUCH better storage venue than both the Bow and Ilford facilities. Nothing is too much trouble for these helpful service people.
