Highly Professional staff with so easy access

I was made redundant from Army recently and I was at overseas assignment. Eventhough, I owned a property in Camberley, the property was on rent until two months later then my run out date in Army. I requested Army to store my belongings for the extra two months to store my belongings until my property is available back to me. But, the Army said, they will charge me some money for that. I felt used and abused and looking for storage in internet. Luckily, I saw this The Big Yellow Self Storage and my Godness me, they were blessed with friendly and flexible staff. I thought my store require big room. So, I booked a big room. But, when the lorry arrived and unloaded the store, it could have been fit in down size room. So, I asked the staff to amend my bookings and there was no problem at all whatsoever! On top of that, they gave 10 % discount for the Army personnel. So, I am really pleased in their flexibility in saving my money. I would strongly recommend the store to anybody!

When Scubaprint were dropped in it with a very large printer being delivered out of the blue, Brian at your Camberley branch were there to help. I turned up out of the blue, but he managed to find us a storage room immediately and solved our problem.
He went through everything quickly and clearly which help us get back to work faster.

An excellent service, however I would suggest that for each customer that hires a room a "customer" discount is offered on all packing boxes, tapes and bubble wrap etc.

This was the first time we had used a storage facility and the process was very smooth and faultless. The staff were very helpful and made the experiance, which can be stressful, pretty painless. We were moving the inlaws down from Norwich to Camberley so they could be nearer their family and will be staying with us till they find a place of their own. Needless to say the situation was stressful for both parties but Big Yellows facilities made that part of it simple!

Very convenient to pop in and get stuff or add stuff especially with the complimentary out-of-hours service.

I cant believe i didnt do this earlier, i have yet to put all of my items into the storage facility but i wish i had done this earlier. The decluttering of items from the house and shed that i use very infrequently alllows us all to breath!! Access is excellent, however i have yet to experience the time when i need something and i am out of hours!! I am sure though as aone of the staff would accomodate me so i am less concerned. The package is good howver i think the price could be slightly more competitive, a little cheaper and i would say the demand would sky rocket... overall excellent option for those with a small amount of space or living in temporary accomodation... takes the stress out of it all... and means i dont have to move to find room for all my gear until i buy again

My name is peter foley i had to put my house items in the big yellow because my new house was not ready to move into on this date. I called the number for big yellow and the lady that awnsered the phone was so helpful on explaining what i get for my money i was so inpressed this is what made me book the storage. I had a call the day i was due just asking a ruff time of my arrivell when i arrived there was 2 people on the desk and they was so helpfull went threw everything so i would defently recomend big yellow to everyone. There was only one down full i couldnt see any drinking facilitys ie cold drink machiens or coffee thank you peter foley.

As we moved our charity's office out of London to Camberley we had a whole pile of archive materials. I popped into BIGYellow and Carl and Bryan made everything so easy. We found the right size room at the right price and the security is excellent as are the out of hours facilities. Most of all as a woman even going to our store out of hours feels really safe. All in all I can't fault the service.
