Pre-booked the space the night before over the phone and then arrived in the morning with two car loads. Staff were very friendly, an asset to the company. Signing up was fast and efficient and everything was explained to me really well. The space was straight foreward to access, clean and brightly lit. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will use you again.

My storage requirements were at very short notice, but one call to Armadillo and my space, term and charge rates were all agreed. The 'on-line inventory' facility was useful as you add to it as you pack up your belongings....staff really know how to handle customers and are flexible on the day when you arrive giving you options should y ou need more storage room. Excellent service!

Ashley....Absolutley Brilliant!
By far the best customer service i have ever received anywhere!!He made the whole process so so easy for me, Stayed in contact with me if i needed any help.Massive thankyou to him coming in on his Sunday off when they were shut to help me move my sofas in to storage in a mad rush!!From calling to get a quote to actually having the sofas locked up safley in storgae-Less than 24 hours!!Brilliant....Thankyou so much.

I found the staff very friendly and helpfull in everyway.
All the details of the storage were explained clearly and in detail and i genuinly felt like the staff wanted to help!
I have been back to the facility a number of times and have had no issues gaining acces or getting tomy things!

I am not sure what I expected from a storage unit but I was very pleasantly surprised. The building and the actual unit were extremely clean and I felt comfortable knowing that my goods were being kept clean, secure and well looked after. Your staff were very helpful and I would definitely use your facilities again.

The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Storage facility has easy access from main road and good well lit parking area. Pity it´s not open on Sunday´s for at least a few hours, people do move at the weekends. Overall very good value and I would highly recommend their use. Detailed accounts are always on time via email, much faster than postal service, a plus when you don´t live in the U.K.
