Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Ideal location. Spotlessly clean. Reasonably priced. Finding Big Yellow Storage Company in Sheffield, was an absolute Godsend.My Son is at Uni in Sheffield Hallam and was away in Germany at the time his accommodation let was due to expire. We were faced with the daunting task of emptying his belongings from his shared accommodation and bringing it all back to Liverpool (which would have entailed at least two round trips) when we learnt of your existence. What a great idea. To be able to store 2 full car loads into storage facilites only 10 minutes down the road was absolutely fantastic. Would certainly recommend you and indeed have already done so, to anyone needing storage facilities. THANK YOU.

superb level of customer service: polite, friendly staff who explained and demonstrated procedures clearly and simply and answered questions willingly. In addition the premises are easily accessible and very clean. A very professional set-up.

I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Place is very clean and new. Traffic makes it slightly difficult to gain access from the South. I was surprised by the amount of paperwork required but I suppose it cannot be avoided. Very happy overall.

We are using the service whilst moving house. The staff have been great. Taking advantage of 8 wks at half price represents great value for money, but I feel the full price offers much poorer value and we would therefore hope to keep our storage time as short as practical.

It would be more convenient to have longer evening opening hours. Unless I pay extra to have extended access, I cannot reach Big Yellow Storage before 6pm once I finish work in the evenings.

We have never used a storage facility before but used the Big Yellow Storage Company when we moved out of our house and were in between houses for a couple of weeks. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and booking was simple. Would definitely recommend.

Remarkably easy process throughout, from the initial quote, through to the sign-up process and the subsequent use of the unit. Difficult to see how it could have been made any less complicated. The attitude and approach of the staff were exemplary.

It is the 1st time I have used big yellow and I must say I was extremely surprised. The depot at queens road sheffield is very clean and the easiness of taking items from the car to the storage locker is excellent and aided by the provision of the trollies at the loading door.
The sign in process is made very easy due to the quality of staff at the depot. If all the depots are as good as the one at sheffield then the company deserves to succeed.

I have recently changed to a different room size on what is likely to be a temporary basis. The staff, were totally committed to making sure I got what I needed and wanted. No hard sell and clearly knowledgeable of their product. The manager suggested I view different rooms of the same size, to decide on which was best for me and the whole process was smooth and totally unstressful.

Ideal solution for storing just about anything. Perfect maintained environment for storage and high security.
Only thing to watch out for is how busy the surrounding roads are during rush hour, with it being so close to the centre of Sheffield.
If you want to build a Big Yellow near J30 of the M1 feel free ;-)

This excellent facility got me out of a problem when my work place moved and my resources had to be stored at home! No room so used you.
I can see the potential for students at Uni. and between properties to store all their stuff instead of Mum & Dad doing the traditional motorway run at beginning & end of term - with an ever growing amount if belongings.
