I had to travel across water to use this facility. All arrangements were made by phone and e-mail and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. On arrival on a difficult day (strikes across the city), the welcome was exceptional and included a cup of tea and good advice to a weary traveller! Huge lifts and trolleys made the unloading easy and quick. The space was clean and the security is very good.

I was in a jam, a quick turnaround in property left me stuck. The staff at Big Yellow Cardiff were friendly, understanding and had me sorted in 30 minutes. Yeah, the price could be better, but then when you consider the facilities, access, security arrangements etc etc, it balances out. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.....thanks big yellow!

The facitility was easy to organise and the staff were friendly and helpful, however Sunday opening hours should be longer as this was the only opportunity we had to move our items.

The storage facilities are kept in very good condition, very clean and tidy.

Brilliant! I visited the store sunday 14th August to go through the paperwork, etc. The lady that dealt with me was very very helpful, made things easy to understand and was very professional! I had my two children with me, which can be a nightmare but the lady that dealt with me was very child friendly too! I would definaltely use yellow storage again and recommend to anybody that needed storage!

Big Yellow Cardiff offered me the possibility to store some of my luggage whil I was walking the coast path. very convenient. the only minor thing was that it was quit some administration for just a locker for a few days. Maybe an idea to adjust the procedures slightly for people only using a locker for a few days?

The location of the store couldn't be more convenient for me, 5 minutes from my flat! The staff are also very helpful, smiley bunch, who cope admirably with my hopelessness. Couldn't ask for more, except, maybe opening later on a Sunday?

I've never used self storage before and was unsure as to what I actually needed.
I found the big yellow online quote very easy to complete, and the follow up phone call to check my requirements exceptionally helpful.
Having reserved online, it was very straightforward to go into the store and within about 20 minutes I was able to start unloading boxes! I was shown a choice of different units to make sure they matched my needs and received excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

We needed storage quickly due to moving from the South of France, the contact with the Cardiff store was exceptional, within minutes I would get a reply. Cannot fault it knowing our personal items are safe.

Putting large amounts of personal belongings into storage can be very stressful - whether it is because of a change of address or an emergency. On top of that there are all the security and legal issues to deal with.
The staff at Big Yellow in Penarth Road ,Cardiff could not have been more helpful. We had arrived close to closing time, and very much as the result of an emergency. They dealt with everything calmly and smoothly - understood the stress I was under, explained all the secuirity issues and helped with all the paperwork in a friendly and thoughtful way, advised on space and suggested a smaller less expensive unit would be better than the one I had booked ( they were right). Everything went smoothly. I felt looked after , the facilities were great, security was good. A very positive experience and a great service. Would not hesitate in recommending.
