We've received excellent customer service from the moment we first called to enquire about prices. Everyone we've dealt with has been really friendly and really helpful - it seems nothing is too much trouble. Really impressed with the ease with which we can access our storage space and also with the security facilities that prevent others from accessing our space. Big Yellow has provided us with exactly what we wanted - safe, dry, secure storage for our stuff, the ability to come and go without needing to make an appointment and top class service to boot.

First timers don't be worried!

I was a bit concerned that i would look a fool having not used this kind of facility but the person on the desk was so patient and explained everything,and made sure we were ok on the first time to use the locker. Really recommend them. Should have gone for bigger space though it fills up remarkably quickly - we only live in 1 bed flat and din't move everything and filled it in a day

Moving a 1000 kms with a two week gap between selling and buying was a nightmare but Big Yellow Storage solved many of the problems. Very helpful and enthusiastic staff were a great asset.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

First time using storage and must say wasn't disappointed at all. From the online quote to online check-in. I was handled by Jamie (Manager) and Oron and they exhibited great professionalism. And the refund is also superb and hassle-free!
I think the online valuation for the goods to be stored should state categorically that the replacement value of the goods, should be new even though the item might be old. This will save valuable time in revaluation at the storage point.
Even though it is in a good location, the Milton Keynes branch is not easily accessible by bus commuters but this is not an issue for those who drive.
On the whole it has been a great service and a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if need be and also recommend them to others.

This is a perfect solution to our growing family needs, our child has outgrown the nursery furniture and the new baby is not due till next year so we dont need it for sometime. Babies have lots of extra stuff that take up lots of room and this way we can store them out of sight until needed. Very Happy.

The title says it all really. My Big Yellow store is convenient, plenty of parking and the staff are helpful. There are however 2 things I really dislike, the first being the loathsome toilets and the second being the appalling piped music played at anintrusive volume.

I had used Big Yellow before some years ago and recently had a requirement again due to items I needed to store for work. Big Yellow is located close to where I live, so the location is great and the service and storage environment is also very good. My only comment is the opening hours could do with being extended during the week.

I think The big yellow storage box is a fantastic Idea, and I believe that it is very secure, which has friendly staff, and great facilities. Ok it is a little expensive, but its best to go to someone with a good name and reputation. In otherwords you pay for quality.
