I've only just started using the Big Yellow Self Storage in Swindon, but I would certainly recommend it.
I was instantly impressed with their professionalism. And all the staff are friendly and helpful. They take the trouble to ensure the details important to you are taken care of.

A Great Place To Store Stuff!

I can only say how pleasantly surprised I was by the total experience of using 'The Big Yellow'! The staff were not only friendly but also extremely professional and well prepared. The 8 week half price discount was the clincher, what a fantastic deal! The fact that I could access my things at almost any time was also very comforting because you can guarantee, somewhere in those boxes is your passport or something else of great value that you forgot was in there!

at big yellow, from day one we have had excellent customer service, starting from the quote all the way to the moving in day! we were shown our room and how to use the security features to get in and out!!.. i would recommend big yellow to everyone!

BIG Yellow Storage a great Experience

The whole process was excellant from booking up online to going into the Swindon Depot. The online procedure is very clear and easy to use.The Staff in the Swindon Depot are very friendly and helpful.The building and facilities are first class and the rooms clean and very secure.I would recommended anybody thinking of using a storage facility not to hesitate and use BIG yellow . Great value for money too.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their friendliness, helpfulness and patience. I must have rearranged my 'move in' date about ten times, but it was never too much trouble and the team never ceased to be personable and polite. When I finally moved my things in, last weekend, Mark was incredibly helpful; my friends were remarking as we drove home on how impressed they were with the service. Once again, many thanks to everyone at Swindon for your tireless, cheery attitude.

From the moment we called to this date big yellow storage have done everything they can to help our move go more smoothly. As we are buying a new build property it has been delayed several times and big yellow have been very understanding about us moving dates.
The staff are fantastic and are always happy. Overall big yellow are great and have made our move less stressful.

The location and colour-scheme attracted me -to the extent that I did not get 3 quotation - I am not aware of any other storage facility in Swindon.
When I enquired about becoming a user I was impressed by the wealth of knowledge and professionalism of the staff.
I would recommend this 5 Star Storage facility to anyone - not only my friends.

The staff at Big Yellow in Swindon have been really good, they have responded to my many questions promptly, professionally and politely.
The store is clean and in an easy to access location although 24/7 access might have been helpful if it isn't available then it isn't - staff do need family time too!
