With a gap of several days between completing on my house sale and moving into alternative accommodation, I couldn't have asked for a better solution to my storage issue. Conveniently located 2 miles from home, reasonably priced, secure, easily accessible units - couldn't have managed without Big Yellow. Everything about Big Yellow is excellent,
If I had to be picky, it can be a little slow in the lift when it's busy but this is beyond Big Yellow's control and I can't mark down on the stars because of this. Thank you for a 10/10 service.

I have been really impressed with the service provided at Big Yellow, and the storage facilities. In particular I was impressed with the security on site. I feel confident in leaving my belongings in their care.
It is the first time I have ever had to use self storage, and I have been really impressed with the staff. They have been really helpful and have answered all my questions no matter how petty they are, and never made me feel stupid for asking them.
Great experience, would definitely recommend to others and use again.

Have used you for moving needs before as everything necessary is available and at reasonable cost. Staff are generally most helpful. Longer term storage may be daunting as we are now on a fixed income but it is the best around. Had to use an open storage facility years ago; stuff went missing and there was no ready access. Security here is as good as it can be.

It would be useful to have a larger open area to drive up to on busier days, weekends for example, when alot of people are moving items in and out. Also all the lifts were not always working.

arrived at opening time and was greeted by a lady who complained indirectly to me about customes that turn up as soon as the store opened before even greeting, wierd)!

Imagine that something as boring and painful as storing personal effects could be such a positive experience. The people @ Big Yellow Bristol Central were first class, as was the facility itself. I cannot recommend this place or the staff highly enough. Even things like the map on the website plus the directions to find the place itself were clearly designed by intelligent people.

I used big yellow as a storage place for a week in between moving from one rented property to another which as a student I do yearly, this year was the easiest and quickest I have done the move made 10 times easier through using big storage. Friendly staff, the trollies were ever so useful, good security, all in all a good experience! and not too painful on the pocket.

I feel that big Yellow has a good quality product, but needs to explain more clearly the out of hours access, although that is in the hand book, but should be flagged up by reception. They are polite and helpful, but I found the lifts a little slow. The one thing I have suggested they address is there is no brake on the trolley's. This can make it difficult if you are loading heavier items to keep the trolley still. Otherwise I would recommend them highly.

Great customer service with straight forward access. Ask about 24 hour access as this was my only flaw, wasn't informed about my options. otherwise top quality storage and have no worries about leaving my possessions there for 3 months
