The staff are so friendly, Happy to show you around as many times as you need to and will give you all the information and advice that you need.
This is the first time of using a storage place and I am very impressed with the security. The trolleys make moving from vehicle to storage room very easy.
I was expecting to pay much more so I was pleased with the price.
I would recommend this place 100%.

Very helpful staff - I much appreciated the continuity of seeing and speaking to the same people, so I did not have to explain things all over again. Samantha was very good , friendly and efficient when I checked in and made helpful suggestions; Chris was also great with completing the original form on line and, again, it was good to speak to him personally on the telephone on each occasion when I called!
I really have the feeling that I am an important customer and it all helps to make things go smoothly.

staff very helpful although an additional security charge was not mentioned, but not a major issue, location ok but being on the a13 you have to go west bound to turn around and come back east, too many speed and avarage speed cameras, building very clean and plenty of lights and cool conditions inside, overall would use again if required, use of online inventory was very useful helped to reduce time, but if you require to add more items you have to go to reception, would like to be able to add aditional items providing you dont exceed your insurance protection level, if more required then you should contact customer services

The store is at a great location very convenient being on the A13 . Staff is very helpful . I would recommend it to anyone looking for any size storage. A few days ago i came across some tiny storage spaces so the size ranges from a tiny cupboard to as much as you want really , great if your moving and you need to store maybe all your household stuff.

When moving my possessions into storage, I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and efficient, which is exactly what you need when you have the stresses of moving home already! I also think the location is good and easy to get to. I do think Big Yellow is competitive on price although I'm not sure I would go so far as to say good value for money. As I will be storing things for a year, I paid upfront and so get a discount but was still alittle surprised by how much it will cost for a year. All in all though, a good service that I am happy with.

BIG YELLOW SMILE

The facilities at Big Yellow Storage are next to none. With a clean and dry environment you can be sure that even your most treasured items will be stored safely. Access is exceptional with large bay's, trolleys and lifts abound. The staff are very helpful but my favourite has got to be 'Trish' the manager who has bent over backwards to help me to the extent that she now has a permanent back ache. Seriously, she is helpful, kind and considerate and treats every problem as if it were her own and always finds a solution.
The only comment I have is, it would be nice if there was some kind of discount given to 'long term' storers i.e, the longer the storage, the higher the discount. I've been storing with Big Yellow for nearly 'three years' now and a decent discount would be deeply appreciated. Other than that, BIG YELLOW STORAGE is DEFINITELY, ' a cut above the rest'.

We have had great support in Trish and her team at the Big yellow on the A13, in the development of the Streetwyze community youth music project based in the Flexi offices.They have accomodated us at every stage from the development building works to the launch as well as helping us to develop links in the local community.
We have developed a wondergful project for disengaged, hard to reach at risk young people using music thanks to the Trish and her team as well as locals , MPS and councillors . We have been chosen by the Daily Mirror to do an article on us because of the uniqueness of our project it will be out by the end of this month the filming was completed on friday.

Extra space with ease, convenience & helpful staff

The staff at the Dagenham branch are extremely helpful. I am registered disabled and I found the whole experience of getting extra storage space for my circumstances very easy with a lot of guidance and supportive help from the Manager Patricial Evans. Her knowledge was invaluable in ensuring that I got the best out of my storage experience. I highly recommended these storage facilities to others. The only thing that I feel might be increased is the access times, although the availability of 5am to 11pm is adequate for most people.
