We live in NZ and required storage for baggage whilst we went to Paris for a three day visit. The Big Yellow is located near to the airport and very convienant. On arrival the staff member 'Katie' was excellent in her dealings with me, due to arriving late and not having much time to arrive at the airport for our flight the service was straight forward with all the help possible provided to assist us, Thank you Katie.
We arrived back after hours the safe and easy access to the sight was again straight forward but also provided the security required whilst looking after our belongings
I will recommend this company to anyone I know who may need such facilities in the future again a huge thank you to Katie and the Big Yellow.

I was annoyed at not being told about having to provide a lock for the room, I would have expected this to be included, if I has known, I could have brought one of my own padlocks, i have several, but as i did not have time to come back, I was obligated to buy one of yours for over a tenner.

Very good to use on line. Being able to "check in " saved lots of time at reception.

I confirm I have recently stored items at Big Yellow as I am moving house and the house I am purchasing is in need of updating prior to moving in. My experience to date with Big Yellow is that it is a very well organised company. The staff have been very helpful and have explained everything. I have booked 8 weeks and therefore also got it half price. I would definately recommend to anyone and I would use again.

Wasn't expecting much - just a warehouse with some rooms built in but everything is clean and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful and obliging - couldn't have done more to help. Space was fine for my needs - worked out at around £10 for 7 days for a 15 sq ft foot room (nice and high - lots of room to stack up). Small snag is you pay for a month in advance but as long as this is refunded in good time there's no real problem.

Overall a very easy experience. Very efficient and friendly check in. In preparing to move house this is the perfect way to thin down possessions and put into storage non essential items. I've been back a couple of times to take more boxes and it's great to have the flexibility to do this rather than to pack up everything in one day. The site is clean and tidy, well organised and managed. I would recommend to others.
